더 부사너 (The Busaner) (“The Busaner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
is committed to protecting the personal information of our clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information
we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the
Republic of Korea.

• Identity information: name, nationality, date of birth
• Contact information: phone number, email address, messaging handles (LINE, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp)
• Residency information: home address in Korea, alien registration number (when required for administrative tasks)
• Health information: only when required for medical assistance tasks, and only with your explicit consent
• Payment information: where applicable, processed through secure third-party payment systems (we do not store full card data)

We do not collect information beyond what is required for the specific service you request.

Your personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Delivering the concierge services you have requested
• Communicating with you about your service requests
• Issuing quotes, invoices, and payment records
• Complying with Korean legal obligations (including tax, e-commerce, and accounting records)
• Improving service quality based on feedback

We will not use your information for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.

4. Retention Period

Personal information is retained for the duration of the service relationship and for up to 3 years
after the final service request, unless a longer retention period is required by Korean law (for example, transaction
and payment records under the Framework Act on National Taxes and the
Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.).
Upon expiration, all personal data is permanently deleted or anonymised.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• When required to fulfil your service request (for example, making a reservation or appointment on your behalf), with only the minimum necessary information disclosed
• When required to process a payment through a regulated payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Toss Payments, PortOne, Wise)
• When required by Korean law or a lawful government request

To deliver our services efficiently and securely, we outsource certain processing tasks to the following providers,
strictly for the purposes set out below:

Each provider processes personal information only within the scope agreed for the specific task, in accordance with
its own privacy and security obligations.

Under the Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information held by us
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request suspension of processing

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access,
loss, or disclosure. Communication via messaging platforms (LINE, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp) is subject to the security
standards of those respective platforms.

9. Cookies and Website Data

Our website may use standard analytics tools to understand visitor behaviour. No personally identifiable information
is collected through cookies without your knowledge. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of
this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
