Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the concierge services provided by 더 부사너 (The Busaner), Business Registration No. 560-95-02087, located at 313, Office Bldg., 9 Marine City 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea (“The Busaner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By contacting us and requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The Busaner provides personal, family, and business concierge services to expatriates, travellers, and professionals in Busan and across South Korea. Services are organised under three scenarios: Visiting Korea, Living in Korea, and Shop Korea from abroad, and are delivered as a ticket-based concierge product or as an In-Person Custom service confirmed by written quotation.

The specific scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing between the client and The Busaner before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside our capabilities or conflicts with applicable law.

2. Service Requests and Confirmation

Service requests may be submitted through the following channels: LINE, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or email (thebusaner.help@gmail.com). A request is considered confirmed only when The Busaner sends an explicit written confirmation.

We operate Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM KST. Requests received outside these hours are handled on the next available business day.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are structured as either (a) a ticket-based concierge product, sold in fixed packs with one ticket equal to one separable unit of service, or (b) an In-Person Custom service priced by written quotation issued before payment. All fees are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) unless otherwise agreed.

Payment must be made in full prior to or upon commencement of the service, in accordance with the channel and method confirmed at quotation. Invoices are issued via email upon request.

Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., reservation fees, delivery charges, official document fees, admission fees) are passed through at cost with no markup. Where applicable, card-processing fees levied by the payment provider are passed through at the rate disclosed in the quotation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds for ticket-based products and for In-Person Custom services are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary: unused tickets are refundable on a per-ticket basis under the formula and statutory grounds set out in the Refund Policy; In-Person Custom services follow a schedule-based refund scale that is disclosed in the written quotation prior to payment. Refund requests must be made in writing to thebusaner.help@gmail.com and are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy and Article 18 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the service. The Busaner is not liable for delays, errors, or failed outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

Clients must ensure that any requested service is lawful in the Republic of Korea. The Busaner will not fulfil requests that are illegal, unethical, or that could endanger any person.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Busaner acts as a concierge intermediary and facilitator. We are not liable for the actions, quality, or outcomes of third-party providers (e.g., hospitals, contractors, government offices, transportation providers, online sellers) engaged on behalf of the client.

Our total liability to any client for any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and the details of service requests are treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client information to third parties except as required to fulfil the service or as required by Korean law. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of 더 부사너 (The Busaner) and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having competence over the location of the Company’s head office in Busan, Republic of Korea, as the court of first instance.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
